Congress registration is carried out via the KAHSED website (kahsed.com). Registration is not accepted through mobile applications due to policy and contractual requirements. After receiving confirmation for the registration application, participants are entitled to submit up to two submissions through the Paper Submission System. In order to enhance the academic standards of our congress and ensure compatibility with international indexing criteria, submissions will only be accepted in English. The deadline for paper submissions is March 31, 2026. Submitted papers must be approved by the relevant committee to be eligible for publication in the Congress Proceedings.
