
| Dr. Agner is a Family Physician with broad experience serving the underserved in North America and Internationally. | Dr. David Culpepper, MD is a board-certified internist with more than 35 years of clinical experience in internal medicine, with an advanced fellowship in vascular imaging, and training in ECHO-cardiography, Point of Care Ultrasound (POCUS), telemedicine, and medical education. He completed medical training at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine, and residency in Columbia, South Carolina. Dr. Culpepper has held leadership roles in both hospital and group practice settings, including serving as President of Palmetto Internal Medicine of Florence and Director of Clinical Operations for LifeMD. Dr. Culpepper has taught numerous POCUS courses at INMED (Institute in International Medicine) for over 15 years. He has extensive experience teaching medical students, residents, and physicians, and has received multiple Physician Recognition Awards. He has also served with the American Heart Association and numerous domestic and international medical missions across South America, Africa, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East. |
